At Seaham Vets we believe in a proactive, preventative approach to your pet’s healthcare. We know how important your pet’s health is to you and we want to help you keep them healthy and happy for longer. This is why we have designed our Pet Health Plans.
A Pet Health Plan makes it easy for you to protect your pet and your family against preventable diseases and discomfort by making sure your pet’s vaccinations, parasite control and general health are all up to date. Regular check-ups and early diagnosis of any potential health issues will help your pet enjoy a long, comfortable life, whilst saving you money and worry too.
Pet Health Plans are not pet insurance: Pet Health Plans include the regular things like – vaccinations, flea, worm and parasite treatments, health checks and advice in an easy monthly payment plan – the things that pet insurance generally doesn’t cover. However young or old your pet, a Pet Health Plan is designed to adapt to your pet’s needs, from puppy or kitten, to adulthood and throughout it’s senior years.
A Pet Health Plan is a simple and affordable way to get all of the preventative care that our practice recommends for your pet.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
You must keep up your monthly payments. Where a Pet Health Plan (PHP) is cancelled before the 12 month anniversary, you will be liable for the cost of any treatment provided under your PHP should the fees for which amount to more than the total of monthly payments made. Where payment for any cancellation fee is not made within 7 days of you being notified, we reserve the right to add on late payment fees at 20%, along with a £25 admin fee. Where any treatment costs and fees incurred remain unpaid, we reserve the right to refer these to our debt collectors, and you will be liable for any further fees incurred on their behalf.
